When your products arrive I will contact you to let you know that everything arrived safely and we will discuss the project once more to go over ideas and anything else that will help me create the very best photos for you. Handling your products with the utmost care is as important to us as providing high-quality images.

After I have finished your images I will make them available in an online gallery for you to review, at which point we will discuss whether any additional work needs to be completed prior to final delivery.

We accept payments by check and also accept all major credit cards via PayPal. Please make checks payable to Jason D. Moore Photography. All projects require a 50% deposit to begin work. Please note that we must receive payment in full before we can make final delivery.

All of our clients receive instant web delivery of all high resolution photos through our exclusive image gallery at no extra cost. Unlike others who only make small proofs availalbe online, we enable the full, high resolution image for instant delivery. But it gets even better, we keep these huge images on our server indefinitely, available to you anytime you need them. This means that every photo we've ever taken for you, project after project, will be available through your account. No more searching for CD's for a project from last year!

Production time for most projects is about one to two weeks from when we receive your products. When scheduling your project we can give you a better idea of the delivery date and also work with you on whatever deadlines you may have.

We also offer same business day, next business day, and 2 business day expedited turnaround for tight deadlines (please call us for availability and see our product photography pricing for details). High resolution web downloads are provided free of charge for all projects upon receipt of final payment, no need to wait for a CD in the mail!

Absolutely! If you would like us to use a special material for the background or use props along with your product let us know your ideas. There will be an extra charge depending on the amount of time involved to set-up your own custom scene, contact us for a quote.

If you anticipate that your product will take a long time to set-up, we usually add whatever extra time is required at our hourly rate of $40/hr. We are happy to assemble and prep your product for you as needed.

All of the images we deliver are royalty free. What this means is the images we create for you are yours to use in your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use.

While this may seem obvious, the reason we bring it up is because with photography, by default, the photograph is the copyrighted property of the photographer. However, we release all royalty interest in these photographs when we deliver them to you so you never have to pay us for their use.

We do, however, retain the right to use your product photographs across our websites, social media pages and print materials for self-promotional purposes.

Your final photos will arrive via online delivery. By default we deliver in the following two formats (but we can deliver in ANY format you need)

• Web Optimized
  These images will be reduced to a resolution of your choosing, the file size optimized, and then saved in jpeg format for easy immediate use on your website.
• High Resolution
  These images will be identical in appearance to the web optimized photos, except they are typically the full camera resolution (3872 x 2592) suitable for print and archival purposes. These are also saved in jpeg format using the highest quality setting. If you require a mask, the high-res versions will be delivered as PSDs.

We can also provide other formats such as PSD and TIFF upon request.

We photograph your images in RAW format at 3872 x 2592, about 10.2 megapixels. Because we only use professional digital cameras and quality lenses, our photos can withstand being printed very large. Many of our clients use their product photographs for tradeshow graphics printed several feet across.

Depending on the size and weight of your products we may run into a limitation for very large items. Please contact us first so we can discuss whether we can accomodate your product in our studio. For large products or those requiring assembly there may be an extra charge to account for the added difficulty. In either case we'll work with you to create a competitive custom quote.
